*fattie art by J.Rose

Dear Taggers, Tubers, and Other PSPers:

I have been approached lately with many requests to use my art in various tagging applications. I must thank you all very much for your interest. In regard to using my art for non-profit tagging applications, I am more than happy at this time to offer my art to those who desire to use it. I do though, of course, have certain guidelines I must insist be followed.

First and foremost, my art reflects my feelings on the beauty of all people. Therefore, my art MUST NOT be used to in any way insult, defame, or intentionally be negative towards certain groups of people (especially fat people!).

My art pieces in the *fattie series may not have the title "*fattie" removed from the piece. This is on par with a trademark and I do consider it part of the piece as all lettering was hand drawn specifically for the piece to which it is attached. Also, you may not remove pieces of costuming or add to any of my fattie pieces (ex. changing the items the fatties hold). The rest of the series may be found at my cafepress.com store for the time being.

My website address and copyright info must be placed on the tube or tag (or other application). Because my site contains some more “adult art”, I must insist that the links be directly to the http://fattieart.com address so that all who visit will get the 18 and older pop-up warning. If you cannot link to work that is not G rated, you might not want to use my work. As far as the copyright information, I ask that it be placed as © JRose (like the signature on my art).
Also, please be sure to check tags made with my art for typos in the copyright info before posting to the public.

No money should be made from the use of my art without my specific permission and without a contract. If you wish to use my art for profit, contact me for more details.

And lastly, I must receive an email from you before you begin using my art with a link to where the art will be used. If your group is members only, I will want to be made a member so that I may peek in on the PSPing action every once in a while.

Emails may be sent to: permission at fattieart dot com

Should I find sites that are using my art without having first emailed me; I will take whatever actions necessary to uphold my copyright.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to email me at the above address.
Cheers,
J Rose
